Confidentiality Agreement
Aurora Corialis Publishing agrees to maintain confidentiality of any manuscript submitted by a potential client, along with any information about the manuscript, purposes, and goals surrounding it. All intellectual property and ideas submitted by an author to Aurora Corialis Publishing shall remain property of the author and will not be shared, distributed, or published without the author’s permission.
When an author agrees to submit a manuscript or part of a manuscript to Aurora Corialis Publishing, unless we have a contract in place for services, it is for the sole purpose of review and guidance on publishing and other goals related to the manuscript.
This agreement begins on the date that the author submits their work to Aurora Corialis Publishing and remains in effect unless an additional contract is signed between the author and Aurora Corialis Publishing.
