Interview with Lydia Elle, Author of And So I Prayed: The First 40 Days

Lydia Elle is an amazing singer and speaker who I was privileged to hear and meet at The Global Sisterhood’s Global Gala in April of 2018. I knew of her from a music review in Inspiring Lives Magazine by my friend Jess Branas, and her performance still blew me away. Her voice is not only powerful, but it evokes emotion with every note. The entire room was awed.
As it turns out, she also has an amazing story to tell about her personal life. This is the topic of her book And So I Prayed: The First 40 Days. I interviewed Lydia for the summer 2018 issue of Inspiring Lives Magazine. From the article:
“Her story is like many women’s: she put her dreams on hold, working a dependable job while raising her young daughter as a single mother. A move across the country, a best-selling book, and a new start as a mindset and business consultant were the bridge to the next verse in her life. This is where the dream comes in.”
And So I Prayed . . . was her first experience as an author, where she talks about her journey while she is still experiencing it. Please check out her author interview where she discusses her writing and publishing journey!
For her book, please visit Amazon.com . For more on Lydia Elle, please visit her website. And for her amazing performance at the Global Gala, please check out the video.
